Tactical Athlete
Our Tactical Athlete program focuses on the needs to develop military, law enforcement, fire fighters and EMT. Whether you are preparing to join the services, need to pass a fitness test or just move better, feel better and become stronger we can help. We focus or running mechanics, speed, agility, strength and power. Our founder has a history of service in these fields as well as training prospects and current service members.
Sport Athlete
We train athletes from age 7 through high school, college and professional careers. We specialize in developing young athletes through a long-term athletic development program. We teach running mechanics, sprinting, agility and change of direction. While in the weight room we develop the foundational movements to further develop more advanced lifting techniques. All of which enhance on-field performance. We want you to move faster and become more powerful.
General Fitness
1:1 Sessions or Paired with like-minded fitness enthusiasts to help you achieve your Personal Health & Fitness Goals.
Speed, Agility & Running Mechanics
Weekly Classes
1:1 Session; Group or Signup a team. Let us know your goal we will make it happen.
Speed Camps
Week long speed skill development school
Proper speed mechanics, start positions, improve 40YD times, 5-10-5, team sport speed, Improve Vertical Jump

Camp / Combine Prep
Specific preparation and testing to ready athletes for camps or combine.
Single or multi session. Laser timers for 40YD and 5,10-5(Pro Agility)
Accurate vertical jump testing
Use this to test your numbers or to be taught skills to better athlete development
